Instead of sour cream, I love to add just a dollop of homemade ranch dressing to pretty much any spicy dish (but especially tacos and the like). It's super tasty and can add another layer of interesting flavor ;)

I was just thinking yesterday about doing a pulled pork dish with tomatoes and spices. Sans chorizo and the tomatoes with chilis (I only seem to have the regular canned tomatoes all the time) I wonder what spices would work really well to jazz it up.

I do a similar dish in the crock pot with chicken and a can of diced tomatoes/chilies. But, this one sounds better! I love anything wrapped in a tortilla.
