Sorry guys, no first from me this week. Still in my funk.
However, I went shopping Tuesday and bought a bunch of awesome things that will guarantee future, exotic firsts! I also have an exciting new kitchen accessory coming my way, another first!

My 1st time:)
Ground chicken.
I made burgers with breadcrumbs, olive oil, onions, swiss cheese cubes, cayenne pepper, garlic.
Had the burger on a bed of mixed greens, fresh fruit salad and bleu cheese.
Yummy,light dinner for a hot evening.
Wow, that burger sounds good Christina's mom!
Wish it was hot here in Wa. state!
