Friday Firsts - Stuffed Pork Loin

Friday Firsts

Happy Friday everybody! (Click the icon above if you need more information on Friday Firsts!) This was another really fast week for me - in fact Johnny just reminded me that it's Thursday night already! I don't think I've ever come this close to missing a Friday Firsts! This semester ends in about two weeks, so hopefully my life will become less hectic!

My first for this week was cooking a Stuffed Pork Loin! This is something that I've eaten a few times and has intrigued me for years, but was always scared to do myself. Luckily I bit the bullet and saw that it really was pretty darn easy!

Now it's your turn to tell me about your first! To participate in Friday Firsts create a blog post featuring a "first" of yours. Next, link that blog post below and tell us about it! If you don't have a blog or a specific post to link to please tell us about your first in the comment section! Any and all participation is welcome!

Your pork tenderloin recipe looks and sounds so delicious. My Dad used to make delicious stuffed pork tenderloins and I loved them but I have always been a bit nervous about making them myself, but I may just give it a try!

Pork scares me too, April! I hate hate hate dry pork, so I always leave it up to somebody else so I don't overcook it. But it was so much easier than I thought - also I think the stuffings help keep it moist!

I hope to try butterflied whole chicken on the grill tonight - I saw a recipe in Rachael Ray's magazine - one had a lemon herb paste that you put under the skin - sounds good!

Hope you had a great weekend!!

I know whatcha mean with the whole going away with a significant other thing. B is living in Boston for the summer - he's been gone since the beginning of June & will be gone until school starts again, pretty much. I am starting to adjust now & think about how much I miss him less lol.

I am going to visit soon though!
